All customers must present the original documents upon vehicle collection
– The hirer holds a valid driving license
– A refundable security deposit is required before the rental is released
– Minimum rental period is one (1) day / 24 hours
The vehicle must not be used for the following:
– Racing, speed tests, rallies, or off-road activities
– Transporting illegal goods or prohibited substances
– Driving on unpaved, unsuitable, or private roads
The security deposit is held to cover any incidental charges such as fuel discrepancies, traffic fines, damages, or policy violations.
1. Refund will be made via online transfer within 7 working days.
2. Any outstanding charges will be deducted from the deposit.
3. Customers must provide valid bank account details for the refund.
– The vehicle must be returned on or before the agreed time stated in the rental agreement.
– Early returns are not eligible for refunds or rebates.
– Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. The booking fee will be forfeited OR a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.
– No-show cases strictly NO REFUND.
– Amendments to dates or vehicle types are subject to availability.
– Cancellations made 10 days before the rental date are eligible for a refund.
– Extension requests must be made 3 hours to 1 day in advance.
– Approval depends on vehicle availability.
– More than 5 hours of extension will be charged as one full rental day.
– Hourly Extension Charges: Sedan: RM20/hour, MPV/SUV: RM30/hour, Van/ Staria: RM40/hour, Luxury: RM50/hour
– Complimentary delivery and collection within Kota Kinabalu Airport and KK City Centre.
– Additional surcharges apply for outskirt areas (rates vary according to distance and traffic conditions).
Driving is permitted within Kota Kinabalu. Outstation travel requires prior company approval.

Failure to declare outstation travel will result in a non-negotiable RM500 penalty.
– Deliveries made between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM will incur an additional charge of RM30.
– Deliveries made between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM will incur an additional charge of RM50.
The hirer is fully responsible for all parking fees, traffic fines, JPJ summonses, PDRM compounds, and any penalties incurred during the rental period.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided during pick-up.
A refuelling charge will apply if the level is lower upon return.
Rental mileage is limited to a 200 km radius from Kota Kinabalu City Centre.
Exceeding this distance will incur a minimum fee of RM300, subject to company approval.
Car self pick-up and return are available daily, including weekends and public holidays:
9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
– Smoking or strong odours (durian, raw food, seafood, etc.): RM100 cleaning fee
– Returning the vehicle in excessively dirty condition: RM50 cleaning fee
Regardless of who is at fault, if the vehicle is involved in an accident, is damaged, breaks down, or needs repair or salvage, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
Third-Party Accident Responsibility

In the event of an accident or damage caused by a third-party vehicle, the hirer is responsible for obtaining all necessary third-party details, including the vehicle registration number, driver’s name, driver picture, and driving license number. If a claim cannot be successfully made against the third party’s insurance, all damages will be borne by the hirer, subject to the excess clause as stated above.
Accident or Theft Reporting

In the event of an accident, please inform us immediately at the scene. You must then follow our instructions and lodge a police report within 24 hours from the time of the accident or from the time you discover any theft or loss. A written police report must be obtained and provided to us.
Towing

If the vehicle is required to be towed, you will be responsible for the cost of towing the vehicle regardless of who is at the fault for the accident.
Underbody and Overhead Damage

You are reminded that under-body and overhead damage is at your own risk at all times. Insurance coverage will be void if the vehicle is driven on unsealed, unpaved, or unsuitable roads or surfaces. (Tyres, Windshield, Bodykit Side Skirts, Engine Oil pan)
Insurance provide is categorized as private car insurance. Hence,the excess (collision damages wages) will be:
– Vehicle below 1500cc RM 3,000
– Vehicle above 1501cc RM 5,000
– Vehicle above 2001cc RM 10,000
Battery:

Please ensure that all headlights and interior lights are turned off when the vehicle is not in use. Leaving them on can drain the car battery completely, even when the engine is off.
If roadside assistance is required for a battery jump-start due to this, a surcharge of RM50 will apply limited to Kota Kinabalu area only.
Incorrect Fuel Type:

Using the wrong fuel type can cause serious engine damage and will incur charges between RM500–RM1000 or more depending on damage.
Please ensure you use the correct fuel type for your rental vehicle (Petrol or Diesel)
Tire Puncture:

Please check the condition of the tires before and during your rental. If a tire puncture occurs during the rental period, repair or replacement costs will be borne by the renter. Surcharge for tire puncture: Tire mending RM 40/mending or Tire replacement RM200-RM1000, depending on the damage and repair required.
Windscreen:

Windscreen damage is not covered by excess waiver. Replacement costs will apply.
To help avoid such damage, we kindly advise keeping a safe distance from heavy vehicles, stone-carrying trucks, and roadside grass cutters. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
